While most of the allegations of corruption surrounding the FBI’s raid of Donald Trump’s estate in Florida have been pointed at the bureau itself, details about the judge who signed off on the warrant are raising eyebrows.
The warrant was rubber-stamped by Magistrate Judge named Bruce Reinhardt. As Ron Coleman points out, that’s highly suspect given the profile of the situation.
US Magistrate Judges are *not* Article III judges.
Not appointed by the POTUS.
Not confirmed by the Senate.
They sign virtually all federal warrants.
How does a USMJ not kick an application for a search warrant on a *former POTUS* upstairs to a real judge? 😒

Why did a low-level, unconfirmed, unappointed magistrate judge sign off on the most consequential FBI warrant in decades? If any warrant application demanded the eyes of a real judge, it would be one targeting the former President of the United States. Yet, this judge was happy to give the FBI what they wanted while the FBI was happy to accept.
That seems almost inconsequential, though, compared to what else we now know about Reinhardt. Astonishingly, he quit his job as a prosecutor to go work for infamous sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, and he helped secure immunity deals for many of the low-life enablers who surrounded Epstein.
According to the Miami Herald (link below), the judge who signed off on the Trump raid previously worked for Jeffrey Epstein and repped Epstein’s pilot and secretary.

How do all these government officials continue to end up in Jeffrey Epstein’s orbit? I could speculate, but I’ll leave that question open-ended. Still, it seems like an awful conflict of interest for a former U.S. Attorney to immediately go defend people who are being targeted by the government. What did he know from his time with the DOJ that helped him secure those sweetheart deals? Lastly, it appears that Reinhardt is no fan of Donald Trump. He was a donor to Barack Obama, according to The National Pulse.
To recap, we have an Obama-loving magistrate judge who signed off on a major warrant targeting a president without a second thought and who also defended Jeffrey Epstein’s associates. That’s a lot of red flags, and this entire thing stinks to high heaven.
